This Thanksgiving is the annual Midway 5K through town.  The entrance fee is only $5, and goes towards a great cause.   Wasatch Runners should join in on the fun.  See the link below to register.
Lynden Legacy 5K.


Due to race, this week, there is group run Tuesday at 8:00AM- meet at the Midway Town Hall.  It will be a 4 mile run, with 6 sets of 1 minute sprints.

Wednesday's workout at 7:00AM will meet at the Town Hall as well. 3 mile run with some 30 second intervals at the end.

This is subject to change throughout the year, depending on the group.



Types of Workouts:

• Long runs between 5-9 miles.  Pace to be determined be group.
• Intervals.  This can be on the road, trail, or track
• Short runs between 3-5 miles
• Occasionally some core and general strengthening after short runs
• Suggestions welcome!  Leave a comment, and we can probably add your workout to the mix. 

How workouts will work:

• We will break into groups determined by pace.  
• Date, time, and workout will be posted on website several days before. 
• You are welcome to bring dogs if we are doing trail run.
• Cross training welcome- leave a note if you are skate-skiing, mountain biking, or hiking and want some company.
