Inception of the club...

Welcome to the Wasatch Running Club

 


Goals: 
  • Meet other runners in Heber Valley
  • Motivation
  • Improvement of speed and endurance
  • Sundance
  • Enjoyment!

Groups Runs: 

Monday
8:00 AM

Wednesday
7:00AM or 6:00 PM

Saturday
7:00 AM

This is subject to change throughout the year, depending on the group.



Types of Workouts:


  • Long runs between 5-9 miles.  Pace to be determined be group.
  • Intervals.  This can be on the road, trail, or track
  • Short runs between 3-5 miles
  • Occasionally some core and general strengthening after short runs
  • Suggestions welcome!  Leave a comment, and we can probably add your workout to the mix. 
How workouts will work:
  • We will break into groups determined by pace.  
  • Date, time, and workout will be posted on website several days before. 
  • You are welcome to bring dogs if we are doing trail run.
  • Cross training welcome- leave a note if you are skate-skiing, mountain biking, or hiking and want some company.
