Groups Runs:
Monday
8:00 AM
Wednesday
7:00AM or 6:00 PM
Saturday
7:00 AM
This is subject to change throughout the year, depending on the group.
Types of Workouts:
- Long runs between 5-9 miles. Pace to be determined be group.
- Intervals. This can be on the road, trail, or track
- Short runs between 3-5 miles
- Occasionally some core and general strengthening after short runs
- Suggestions welcome! Leave a comment, and we can probably add your workout to the mix.
How workouts will work:
- We will break into groups determined by pace.
- Date, time, and workout will be posted on website several days before.
- You are welcome to bring dogs if we are doing trail run.
- Cross training welcome- leave a note if you are skate-skiing, mountain biking, or hiking and want some company.
